Quick Suggestions:

• Imruza 50mg Tablet should be taken orally at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after consuming milk or dairy products.
• Close monitoring of blood counts is necessary, especially in patients with an inherited deficiency of thiopurine methyltransferase (TPMT).
• Caution is advised in patients with renal and/or hepatic impairment, as well as in patients with Lesch-Nyhan syndrome.
• Special caution is advised in patients with renal dysfunction, and procedures for proper handling and disposal of the drug should be considered.

For renal homotransplantation, the initial dose is usually 3 to 5 mg/kg daily, adjusted based on individual patient response. For rheumatoid arthritis, the initial dose is approximately 1.0 mg/kg, with adjustments made based on response and tolerance. Maintenance therapy should be at the lowest effective dose.

Interaction

Imruza 50mg Tablet may interact with various drugs, including allopurinol, neuromuscular blocking agents, anticoagulants, cytostatic/myelosuppressive agents, methotrexate, vaccines, ribavirin, and aminosalicylate derivatives.

Contraindications
